[PATCH] Add German Mac keymap

Description
Here's an initial version of a German Mac keymap. It was tested with a pre-aluminium Apple Keyboard. It is based on the German keymap, with some inspirations from the French (Mac) keymap.
Note that it does not fully work with QEMU on Mac OS X, there appears to be a bug in its Cocoa frontend, leading to the < and ^ keys swapped.
What's still missing are a number of Alt and Alt+Shift keys. Those could be added later as needed.

Added alt mappings for tilde character and c w/cedille, cleaned up leftovers from PC keymap.
File should go to src/data/keymaps/German (Mac).
