Wording in Shortcuts preflet is not in line with rest of the UI

Description

The "Shortcuts" preference panel uses the word "Window" (which is misleading by itself) for the key that is evereywhere else in Haiku referred to as "Opt".

For example the keyboard shortcut for the Bacground add-on in Tracker is "Opt Alt B" and the Keymap preference panel also calls the Windows key "Opt".
