Rename "PackageInstaller" to "LegacyPackageInstaller" or something similar

Description

To emphasize that PackageInstaller is for installing legacy BeOS *.pkg files and to avoid confusion with Haiku's Package Management features, PackageInstaller should be renamed.

In order to still work it would also need to translate target paths on the fly to use the non-packaged versions.
