Adding a printer doesn't do anything

Description

I tried to add a printer using the printer preflet, and nothing happened. Note that I also tried to start the print_server beforehand (it isn't started by default, maybe it should ?)

The print_server and Printers preflet assumed that B_USER_PRINTERS_DIRECTORY exists, however it does not exist in the haiku image. The directory is now created on demand in hrev20030 by print_server or the preflet.
