Description
I suggest to wait 2-3 seconds when the boot logo appears to let the user to have time to enter the boot menu. When the boot logo appears there is no time to press the space and enter the boot menu, so I need to reset the PC many times if I want to go to the boot menu. And for this 2-3 seconds the user shall got a message, like "Press [space] to enter the Haiuk boot menu". And when the Haiku starts to load this message should be remove.
Using hrev46281 nightly anyboot.

Sorry, I have tried it now, but not works for me. I can only enter to the boot menu when I start to press the space many times before the BIOS logo diappears. After the BIOS logo gone Haiku is displayed and Haiku start to load immediatelly.

Do you use any boot managers? IIRC Plop boot manager causes problems with keyboard which prevents one from entering bootloader.

I do not use any boot manager. I install Haiku anyboot nightly image to an USB drive. And now I have installed Haiku alone to my PC's SSD drive without boot manager too.

Now I have installed the Haiku boot manager, and I have the same problem on the newly installed Haiku. After I select Haiku from the boot manager and hit [Enter] Haiku loads immediatelly. I need to reset the PC many times when I want to enter the menu, because it's hard to find that moment before Haiku start to loading...

You need to press and hold the left shift key before you hit the enter key.
You don't have to press space, you've can simply hold down left shift. That's been the case for a very long time now.
