[boot menu - live cd] blacklist entries will result in a page fault exception

Description
If i boot Haiku from live cd, and in the boot menu i choose the option "blacklist entries" this will lead me to a page fault exception. hrev46447

Fixed the crash in hrev46459. As mentioned before, blacklisting isn't supported (yet) when booting off CD.

Implementing blacklist support for CD boots might be very involved, as we're not actually booting from a packaged system in this case. The boot loader loads kernel and kernel modules from a floppy image and doesn't know anything about the CD contents and thus the system package.
Will have a look what causes the crash at least.
