[Tracker] 'Window -> Open' parent doesn't work with packagefs folders

Description

'Window -> Open parent' doesn't work in packagefs folders when single window navigation is enabled.

To repeat:

  • Enable single window navigation
  • Click the Applications menu to open a its read-only, virtual folder in a window
  • Select Window -> Open parent

If you mean the Applications menu in Deskbar, that virtual folder construct isn't actually related to packages, it's purely a Tracker feature to show a consolidated view of multiple other folders.
