Description

For reviewing a large number of digital photo images, the ability to delete out of focus or over exposed, etc. images feom Showimage would be a gerat enhancement.

I would imagine the display would show a blank page until one browsed forward / backword from the current deleted image.

The DEL key puts the current image into trash. ShowImage moves to the next image (or the previous if there's no next image). Should this "Move to Trash" be added to file menu?

It certainly should go in a menu somewhere. Perhaps the File menu or perhaps the Image menu. I will meditate on the answer some more.

Not sure what's to meditate. I think the "File" menu fits perfectly. :)

Ok, the File menu seems to contain operators that work on the file like saving it and printing it while the Image menu adds some image type options like rotating and flipping. Since moving a file to the trash is not specific to image types it makes more sense in the File menu.

To be consistent with e.g. Tracker and Mediaplayer, I added a "Move to Trash" item with the shortcut ALT+T with hrev46723. DELETE key still works as an alternative. "Show too bar" has now the shortcut ALT+B.
