MediaConverter video stretched

Description

Convert video files to AVI or MKV. Converted files are stretched and do not retain correct aspect ratio. Stretching is more severe as aspect ratio is increased (see attached screenshots). MediaConverter is only utilizing single cpu core in multicore system.

This may be more of a problem with how the Media Player sizes the window on converted files, rather than the converter app itself.
