According to Ingo, this ticket is a bit obsolete, since the DDM jobs are now implemented in userland. They should be fairly complete as well. I intend to see if anything is missing when I work on support for creating/deleting partitions from DriveSetup.

DriveSetup now has support for creating/deleting partitions and it works just fine; so if anything is still missing, it deserves its own ticket.
