Description
E.g. http://instagram.com/rwvart/ on hrev47020 on WebPositive loads the page, but of every 3 seconds on my box, 1.5 or so of them are spent with the page looking like the attached screenshot, the other 1.5 looking and working normally. This is after I click a thumbnail and see a bigger image, but even before that, without touching it, parts of the page disappear and re-appear, continually, for a second or two at a time.
