Moved links don't show on bookmark bar until W+ is closed and relaunched

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch WebPositive
  2. Notice that Bookmarks bar is correct
  3. go to Bookmarks/Manage bookmarks
  4. Create a new folder for links
  5. Move some links from the main folder to the newly created one
  6. Notice that the new folder shows on the bookmarks bar, but the moved links do not

If you close and restart WebPositive, the bookmarks bar is once again correct.

As of hrev47536, this issue still exists.

Unable to reproduce on hrev55112.

Awesome...very minor issue, but glad to hear it got fixed, at some point. :=)
