WebPositive cant resize window to 800x600 [to screensize]

Description
On recent nightlies new WebPositive build have fixed minimum size of a window which is akward since most of laptop users uses very low res on netbooks. On my netbook web+ is too big to fit in screensize and many widgets are not visible. Please revert it to be freely resized [even to 100x100]

This is already fixed in haikuwebkit 1.3.2. A package will come, but some optimizations of the app_server are needed first for other reasons.
