Redrawing after waking up screen under load is abysmal

Not sure if this is related to #10454 or not, so opening a new ticket. After pressing Enter on keyboard after screen has blanked, it takes at least 15 seconds before the screen fully redraws when under heavy load.

I was building haiku-webkit via haikuporter at the time.

Hmm, it just happened again, but this time the system was idle.

I have noticed other times when I've pressed Enter, and the whole screen remained black for about the same length of time. So maybe this is the exact same problem, just that it manages to draw a small amount before locking up.

I highly doubt this is an app_server problem if it happens while the system was idle. What video driver are you using?

Is it still reproducible? This looks more like an interrupt issue than a scheduler issue.
