[Expander] silently quits before finishing extracting

Description
Sometimes (more often with largish packages) Expander quits before it's done extracting a package. Experienced with openjdk and haiku-hrev1 packages. Extracting with package extract always works as intended. I'm not sure if it's hpkg related or not. I seem to recall the same with large zip files too.
