Dragging MediaPlayer lags when its an MP4

Description
Dragging MediaPlayer by clicking in the window (the part that shows the video), and dragging, the window's movement lags far behind the actual mouse movement, but only when I am watching an MP4 format movie. Dragging the "tab" on top works just fine.
Not sure if it matters, but I recently gave up on my nvidia card, since it didnt support high resolutions at full screen, so I opted for the onboard intel video. I didn't realy think it mattered, since it was dragging fine by the tab, just thought I would let you know.

No, I no longer have the original machine that this happened with, but it doesn't happen with my current machine anymore.
