Drop old repos on haiku-files.

Description
It looks as though the repos have moved:
pkgman add-repo http://download.haiku-os.org/haiku-repositories/master/x86_gcc2/current/ pkgman add-repo http://packages.haiku-os.org/haikuports/master/repo/x86_gcc2/current/
However, there are still repos on haiku-files. These should likely be dropped to avoid confusion:
http://www.haiku-files.org/haiku/master/repo/
