Description
Web+ uses the BeOS/Haiku native bookmark format. This works well for native apps, but it would be nice to have some way to export and imnport bookmarks from/to other browsers on other systems.
The "netscape bookmark format" seems to be the de facto standard. Documented here for example: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa753582(v=vs.85).aspx

With an user interface added to it, this would be perfect. No need to integrate it into the web browser, I think?

bookmarkconverter can be a stop-gap solution (which could also be improved wrt icon im/export).
