FileTypes isn't working

Description
FileTypes isn't working. Nothing happend when i launch it. But when i clic in a .txt file, StyledEdit will open

FileTypes works fine - it's just not done yet. All that FileTypes currently does is nothing, and it does so almost perfectly :)
