Description
This is hrev47983 in vbox.
Every once in a while using haikuporter I got Killed (by death)
message and had to reboot to fix it.
This time I can reproduce it every time simply by running DiskUsage and scanning my Haiku partition (2GB).
Attached is a syslog snippet after starting DiskUsage and clicking start. Once packagefs
messages come into play it is no longer possible to start new apps.

In hrev48148 I added a the error code to the logged error message. ATM the only reasons I can think of why a package cannot be opened are that the file isn't there anymore or that some resource in the kernel that is directly or indirectly needed (memory, FDs (?)) is exhausted.
A new syslog output snippet would be appreciated.

Should be fixed (at least for now) in hrev48151.
I have the same error with haikuporter on real hardware (gcc2hybrid). Currently running hrev47962 but I've seen this occur for a while on older revisions too.
