Description
According to Gutenprint's "Supported Printers" page, all of the printers that we have drivers for (Canon LIPS, PCL5/6) are supported by Gutenprint. Is there any reason to keep these drivers around then?

Remove milestone for tickets with status = closed and resolution != fixed
