maybe use Boost module for faster anonymous cache

Description

The ​Boost module creates a static HTML cache to gain a considerable speed-up for anonymous users. It's not production-quality, so we'd have to fix all bugs and harden the source before it can be used on our site.

Remove from Website R2 milestone. We will use the Drupal 5 Category module.
