Description
Add package icon overlay for /system/packages and ~/config/packages folders. This way they can be .quickly distinguished from other folders (e.g. if you have then on the Desktop as links or in LaunchBox)

Moving Tracker enhancement tickets out of R1 milestone -- Tracker's source code comes from BeOS R5, so it already has all the features it did on R5.
