[REGRESSION] Outline list items that have child nodes are now gray

Description

This is x86_64. Post-hrev48478, all BOutlineListView nodes that have child objects are now drawn with gray text. This doesn't affect childless nodes or child nodes.

You can easily see this by opening FileTypes.
