Description
As in topic, this is happening on Samsung NP270E5V-K01. I'm attaching two syslogs:
- syslog_old: when the mouse is plugged in and keyboard is not working
- syslog: captured after unplugging the device and keyboard started working
The mouse is Microsoft Wireless Mobile 1000 Mouse. Other mouses do not disable keyboard and touchpad. Note: I have other wireless keyboard (also MS) connected to my desktop, but it does not work with Haiku (IOW: devices do not seem to interfere with each other).

Hmmm, I'm using this mouse without said issues for a few years now. I guess it was fixed.
