Melange comments sometimes without textfield

Description

This is hrev48452.

When commenting on a GCI task at melange, clicking the "Reply" button often shows a working "Title" textfield, but no "Content" textfield:

The old melange site is ​still there, but commenting or editing isn't possible anymore. Close ticket?

Melange is open source, and could be used elsewhere: ​http://code.google.com/p/soc/

Maybe they have a test instance somewhere?

Well, code.google.com is no more. I guess it's safe to say Melange is dead, now.
