[Terminal] Crashes when opening settings menu

Description

When selecting "Settings => Settings" menu, the Terminal app appears to be locked.

This happens with:

  • Haiku anyboot image
  • Build Nightly 47380-x86-gcc2-hybrid
  • QEmu / Windows x64
