[EEEPC 1001HA] Blackscreen after splashscreen

Hi,

I try to run Haiku on my netbook, but unfortunately for me, I get a black screen after the loading splash screen. I've tested my bootable usb stick key on my personal computer without any problem.

I suspect an issue with my graphic card, an Intel GMA950 integrated in the northbridge.

Yes, try to ​blacklist intel_extreme driver.

Could you please attach the output of 'listdev', along with a copy of /boot/system/var/log/syslog containing a black screen boot attempt?

That's strange, what version of Haiku is this and could you please post a link to where you found it?

Ah, thanks. Alpha 4 is old and unmaintained, please try a nightly image instead: ​https://download.haiku-os.org/nightly-images/x86_gcc2_hybrid/
