Description
When using 49058 (GCC2 hybrid x86) on my System76 Gazelle Pro which uses an Intel 8 series / C220 chipset, I have to uncomment the lines:
apm true disable_ioapic true
in /boot/home/config/settings/kernel/drivers/kernel to get Haiku to boot reliably or manually disable those kernel settings in the bootloader.
I will attach a syslog and listdev from my system.
On a related note, for some reason I don't get email notification when people reply to my tickets on here. Should I? I've checked my account email address is correct but I can't see any option to toggle notifications.

I'm not sure what might've changed to fix my problem but I did a re-install yesterday (hrev49132 x86_gcc2h) and I no longer have to disable apm and ioapic to boot.
Might as well close this now.
