Description
I like that HaikuDepot installs local packages. When using it to install an HPKG package locally, the dialog appears on the screen, but it's stuffed in the upper left hand corner, doesn't have a titlebar to grab, and never exits. It does install the package OK though.

Huh? What kind of new problem should that be, and why would it appear out of nowhere? Is there anything else affected? There is no common window placement code, anyway. I've never seen it either, and I use Haiku pretty much daily.

I saw this problem this morning while installing a .hpkg downloaded from the Internet. The installation dialog is located in the upper left corner, with the tab off-screen. Center placement would be ideal.

This is an issue with new window placement, not with HaikuDepot.
