In Application types window of FileTypes some applications have generic icons. Some examples are: app_server, BMPTranslator, hey...

More annoyingly that list shows things that are not applications (add-ons, kernel drivers, ...).

Shouldn't we use different MIME types for these so they can be filtered out?

Indeed, I think they are also listed in Tracker's Open with window.
