web-stats.haiku-os.org doesn't exist anymore. Alternative?

I have some basic instrumentation we can plug into Traefik to analyze traffic globally per engress. I have a time-series database (​https://github.com/haiku/infrastructure/blob/master/docker-compose.yaml#L222) ready to begin monitoring but haven't had time to sort it all out yet.

We now have the stats back, though they are accessible to the sysadmin team only for now via Grafana.
