Remove milestone for tickets with status = closed and resolution != fixed

The only chance this could happen is if the bus has already been uninitialized (or corrupted); it doesn't seem to be freed ever, but that might just be another bug.
Can you provide a syslog? It would be nice to know more about the hardware you're experiencing this on. It doesn't seem like anyone else sees this, so it should be something hardware dependent.
