This is hrev49694.
If you want to rate a package and either forget to set the rating stars or intended to give 0 stars, you get this alert after pressing "Send":
The alert should either be more helpful ("You have to give at least 1 star as your rating." or the "Send" button should be inactive until a rating is set. Though that would pose the problem how to make the user aware of that fact...

Hello humdinger; I have made some changes around user ratings in recent weeks including some better handling of error messages. Can you please check this one and see if it is still a problem - thank you.

Can't check, because https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/13832#comment:2 prevents it.

Looks good. No more alert. I still can send off a no-star rating even if I have activated the rating checkbox, but I guess that's OK.
