[Tracker] sometimes cuts off icons

Description

hrev49981.

Tracker in list view sometimes doesn't draw complete icons and they are visibly cut off. Selecting such icons or dragging them redraws them.

I suspect that hrev49627 introduced this regression.

To reproduce one can rmattr BEOS:TYPE * in a directory with some files inside.

This bug was fixed somewhere along image thumbnail creation.

Let’s say fixed in hrev56079.

List mode of course. I don't suppose you have steps on how to reproduce this by chance? Most likely we simply need to include the icon rect in the redraw region somewhere.

As in description, copy a bunch of html files, run rmattr BEOS:TYPE *, select all files and drag them a bit to force mime sniffing.
