PowerStatus icon no longer has transparent background

Description (last modified by diver)

The background of the battery status icon in the deskbar used to be transparent (last known working revision is hrev49943), but it has a lighter color in hrev50007 than the rest of the deskbar.

Fixed.

Simply didn't adopt the tint value for the low color.

Bitmap Clip.png shows another minor bug I need to investigate and deserves its own ticket.
