setmime doesn't work correctly in chroot

Description
Doing something like
setmime -add text/foobar setmime -dump text/foobar
doesn't work in a chroot (as in haikuporter -E), however it has side effect of actually creating the mime type outside of the chroot, while it's not visible inside.
