The 64-bit kernel fails to load on the Dell OptiPlex 960.

A random mixture of BIOS / boot options tried.
Intel Core 2 vPro
Boot was attempted with intel_extreme driver blacklisted for good measure, no changes.
Will follow up with 32-bit testing.
