Dell Optiplex 780 USFF Fresh install of hrev50481 x86_64 to HDD partition Fail safe video mode (800x600x32) must be used during install, otherwise black screen First post-install boot uses Intel Extreme driver with correct screen resolution (1280x1024x32) After updating to hrev50507 screen is black, unless fail safe video mode selected

Please remove reference to 64 bit in title, as it appears that this is an intermittent issue that is not limited to 64 bit. I have attached syslog output from a working (intel_extreme_50481) and non-working (intel_extreme_50507).
