Description
pkgman install will fail with "no error" message if trying to use it with no network interface connected. A more explicit error message is needed.

Yes, that's why the commit message says "trying to" there. The error codes gets lost somewhere else along the way...

hrev51465 seems to not have helped here: I still get the same "No Error" message.
