hrev50701 x86_64 Install to HD partition - everything appeared normal Installer dialog ->Quit System KDL as soon as CD was ejected prior to first reboot Photo of screen attached Syslog attached

The syslog_daemon seems to try to stat the syslog file: http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/tree/src/servers/syslog_daemon/syslog_output.cpp#n52
The CD device with write layer might not be there anymore, the file descriptors might be thrown away. Definitely a kernel problem.
