Description
This is hrev50931.
Web+ opens links that have a target="_blank"
or target="TestName"
in a tab with an empty locator. If you switch to another tab and back again, the URL from that other tab is inserted into the locator.
I attached a smal html file that has links with different "targets" set.
I stumble on that every time I click a link at GMail, for example. Workaround: click with the middle mouse button.

This is because of http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/src/apps/webpositive?id=905ee3fb8fde036bd8233479ca7b82df069bf62f. When creating a new tab, Web+ automatically focuses the URL bar, so the URL is "locked" and cannot be set.
