Ticket notification emails are sent from creator's email, breaking the haiku-bugs list

As in title. It appears messages actually from Trac but now sent with the originator's actual email are just dropped from the haiku-bugs ML if said email is not on the list (like Richie Nyhus's isn't, and so the tickets he created this morning have not appeared in the -bugs list at all).

I have disabled the option that does this for now.

For a real 'solution', there is a whole list of patches to the Trac source code that we seem to apply, see:

These need to be reapplied in some way, through some means.

Downgrading the priority to high.
