Trac's "Has a Patch" gets set when attaching files in WebPositive

Everytime I attach a file to a ticket on the "Has a Patch" flag is getting set even though I don't set it.

It appears to only happen on ticket creation. Attaching a file to an existing ticket seems to work fine.

Happens also with other browsers, since Trac was updated. Not WebPositive fault.
