51033 revision and later have a problem with the increased power consumption of the laptop battery. The increase in power consumption by 25 percent or more. Compare with revision 51032 and earlier.

Hello, did you actually test hrev51032 and hrev51033?

Please also provide a syslog from the last revision not having the problem, and a syslog from the first revision having the problem. Thanks!

My laptop has a higher power consumption when running 32-bit in idle processor mode. The processor gets very hot. 64 bit works fine.

kim1963: Can you please retest this? I wonder if the ACPI race condition was the problem here, which may mean this is now resolved.
