The link of OpenGrok has errors

Description
The link of the source code search http://xref.plausible.coop/ has the 404 errors. However this link http://code.metager.de/source/xref/haiku works well, so I think the webpages include the previous link can be replaced with the last one.

We do not manage either of these, they are provided by various users/supporters of Haiku. So there is nothing we can do here about it, except removing links to the "dead" ones.
