User guide tool: Creating new topic fails

Description
I tried to create a new page for SoftwareUpdater at the user guide translation tool. The page is created, but when I try to "send" the edited contents, I see in the console:
TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'document.getElementById('edit_middle').getElementsByTagName')
The page is listed on the index page as "This document is not translatable."
