Description
This is hrev51371.
File panels can use a BRefsFilter to only show specific file types. It'd be nice sometimes, if that filter could be overridden (disabled). For example, things can get interesting when dealing with non-BFS file systems. Ext2, e.g. don't currently show files MIME typed.
Maybe a checkbox at the top, right aligned beside the navigational pop-up menu "Enable file type filter" for file panels deploying a BRefsFilter. Activated by default.
