Description
When booting live CD from USB stick on latest nightly on Dell XPS 13 9350, kernel panic occurs.

I'm 99% sure this is the same issue as #12885 (another XPS 13) It has something to do with ThunderBolt hidden PCI devices which are only exposed when USB C dongles are plugged in. Haiku gets ahold of a partially populated PCI device resulting in the crash.
