Old Hey documentation should be moved into the User Guide

Description
At present, there is http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/tree/docs/bin/hey.html which is the old Hey documentation from before it was part of Haiku. We don't need to bother preserving the "History" section, but the other information (especially the "Examples") should probably be preserved.

It seems Humdinger's blog post plus the tutorial from the BeOS Bible are good enough here, so I've just deleted this old documentation.
